Reely is a media player application. It allows users to play media content from external sources that the user provides, such as M3U playlists or Xtream Codes API credentials.

Reely does not provide, host, store, distribute, or sell any media content, TV channels, movies, series, or live streams. The application has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content accessed through user-provided sources.

Reely is not a content provider, broadcaster, or streaming service. It is solely a playback tool.

You are solely responsible for the content you access through Reely. You must ensure that your use of any external source complies with all applicable laws, including copyright and intellectual property laws in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use Reely to access, stream, download, or distribute content that infringes on the rights of any third party, including copyrighted material for which you do not have authorization.

By using Reely, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to access and play all content from the sources you configure in the application.

Reely does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any third-party content, IPTV providers, or media sources. The presence of metadata enrichment features (such as posters, ratings, or descriptions from TMDB) is for user convenience only and does not imply any endorsement or affiliation with the content or its providers.

Any third-party trademarks, logos, or content descriptions displayed within the application are the property of their respective owners.

The Reely application, including its design, code, interface, and branding, is the intellectual property of its developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application without prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Reely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

Some features of Reely require an account and may require a paid subscription (Reely Pro). Subscriptions are managed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time, with or without notice. In the event of discontinuation of a paid feature, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.

Reely is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or availability of any content accessed through user-provided sources.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reely and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the application.

This includes, without limitation, any damages resulting from content accessed through user-provided sources, loss of data, unauthorized access, or any other matter related to the application.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid for the application or subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Reely respects the intellectual property rights of others. Since Reely does not host or distribute any content, DMCA takedown requests related to content should be directed to the relevant content host or IPTV provider.

If you believe that the Reely application itself infringes on your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the email address below with a detailed description of the alleged infringement.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the application at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice inside the application or on the website. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
